Swati Dave is an experienced senior banking executive and non-executive director with an established track record of successfully leading and growing complex P&L businesses in Australia, the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Swati has over 30 years’ banking and finance experience across a number of sectors including infrastructure, energy and utilities, renewable energy and property. She has held senior positions at National Australia Bank, Deutsche Bank, AMP Henderson Global Investors, Bankers Trust and Westpac.
Swati currently serves on the boards of State Super and Asia Society Australia. She has served as a former director of Australian Hearing, Great Western Bancorp Inc. (USA) and the NAB Wealth Responsible Entity Boards.
Swati holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.

Stuart is responsible for the Finance, Information Technology, Treasury and Risk Transfer functions. He has over 40 years’ experience in banking and finance having started his career as a graduate at the Reserve Bank of Australia. Since then, Stuart has worked for a number of global investment banks and prior to joining Efic, he worked for eight years in Australia with Chase Manhattan Bank and JP Morgan Chase, where his roles included Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

John is Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Efic where he has responsibility for Legal and Operations function of the organisation. He also has responsibility for managing governance and regulatory compliance for the Efic Board.
John has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer, focussed primarily in the finance and corporate sectors. Prior to joining Efic, John held various senior executive positions at Westpac, Goodman Group and National Australia Bank in Sydney, London and New York.

Katharine McLennan has a career that spans corporate strategy, execution and leadership development. Her specialty is facilitating executive teams in the integration of strategy, operations, team dynamics and self-transformation.
Over the years, Katharine has led the global People & Culture function for Cochlear, the Talent and Business Unit HR function across CBA, and the Global Leadership Academy for QBE. Prior to her corporate years, Katharine spent 10 years in leadership advisory work, leading projects in CEO succession planning, C-suite team strategy facilitation and executive assessment for ASX top 50 clients.
Before her leadership consulting years, Katharine spent four years as the key architect and implementer of the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games operational planning, known as the main facilitator for the venue operations and contingency exercises. In the early 90s, Katharine worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton, driving corporate growth strategies, business reconstruction and process re-engineering across health care, banking, telecommunications and logistics.
Katharine serves on the Advisory Board of the UTS Business School and on the Board of Petrea King’s Quest for Life Foundation.

Peter Field has more than 30 years’ experience in banking and finance and has significant global experience. He re-joined Efic in 2018, and is responsible for leading the SME and Middle Market Business Development; Corporate, Sovereign and Project Finance; Transaction Management and Business Services functions which provide specialist finance solutions for Australia’s exporters.
Peter previously headed up Efic’s origination team, and was responsible for the origination of new credit and insurance exposures, and ongoing management of client transactions.
During his 3-year break from Efic, he consulted to both the public and private sectors. Peter has held roles with Deutsche Bank, Westpac and Lloyds Bank. His areas of expertise include: transaction origination, negotiation & maintenance, project finance, tax & structured financing, debt raising & capital structuring, and acquisition & asset-based finance.

John Pacey is responsible for Efic’s credit and market risk management framework, including transaction approvals, the management of exposure levels and the overall portfolio risk profile. He also manages Efic’s Technical and Environmental Risk Assessment, Portfolio Management and Economics teams.
John has over 20 years experience in credit management. Prior to joining Efic, John was Country Portfolio Manager & Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he worked from 1987. In this role he had credit responsibility for the corporate and financial institutions portfolios in Australia and New Zealand. Other roles at Bank of America included Country Portfolio Manager, Thailand and Vice President, Special Assets Group based in Indonesia.
