 EFIC Global Readiness index

EFIC’s annual Global Readiness index (GRi) researches the current destinations for exporters and offshore investors, their motivations and the barriers they face in an increasingly globalised world.

Now in its third year, this unique study will provide Australian business and government with a comprehensive picture of the opportunities and challenges on the path to participating in today’s global supply chains. It will also compare results from the 2009 survey and is expected to give some interesting insights on the impact of the global economic downturn.

The survey is endorsed by Minister for Trade Simon Crean and is produced in partnership with state government, trade and industry organisations across Australia.

In 2009, over 700 businesses across Australia responded to the GRi. Read a summary of the results of the 2009 EFIC GRi.

All respondents to this year’s survey will receive a customised benchmark report comparing their responses with those of their industry peers. Plus, the first 250 respondents will receive two Hoyts cinema movie tickets.

You can participate in the 2010 EFIC GRi from 1 March to 31 March.
